Nutrition support, built around you.

A Registered Dietitian can go much deeper than general advice, working one-on-one to build a plan for your body and your pain.

How it helps

A Registered Dietitian (RD) has a college and post-graduate education and board certification. Nutritionists can complete a variety of different programs, so it's worth checking a provider's background and education before you start.

How to find one

Ask your provider for a referral, or search eatright.org's “Find an Expert” directory. Pain isn't a listed specialty, so look under “Integrative and Functional Nutrition” or “Behavioral Health,” and don't be afraid to interview a few before you commit. Many will consult by phone or online if there's no one nearby.

You don't have to build this team alone.
