About the developer

Ann Adams, the founder of Meditation CRUSH, has spent decades studying Mindful Meditation and other modalities for her healing journey.  She has spent the last 20 years teaching and sharing this knowledge with others to empower them on their journey.

Ann is a Certified Mindful Meditation facilitator (MMTCP) and Integrative Nurse Coach (American Holistic Nurses Association).  She holds a BS in Nutrition, and an MS in Physical Education. Ann is an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. She also holds certifications in HeartMath, Yoga, Healing Touch, and is a Certified Pain Management Nurse and Certified Addictions RN (CARN).
